Barfly Sessions was self produced and is the first release from Freeflow. A good portion of the album was written while the band was travelling and playing through Mexico in the Winter of 2001. Barfly is the name of the club that Freeflow played most often during their time down there.

Who is Freeflow? While the answer is simple in the sense that they’re a captivating group of musicians that have an ability to bring people out of their seats and dancing along. A greater challenge is describing Freeflow’s sound, which features everything from Soul, funk, reggae to hip-hop. They have been compared to bands like Sublime and the Chili Peppers, yet have nurtured a sound all their own ... more
